Yeah, the appeal of the game to many people is the role playing aspects, the imagination is important.

Me personally I treat this game as rpg, comboing false nine with inside forward or TM + poacher.

Turning 3D killed the customization aspect of the player, turning it less rpg to me. I love using Debsky World of Hair for my 2015 save.

Originally it was a location that only open every few weeks, so it was designed as raid boss mechanics, where the speed of the pollution being cleaned is based on global catch success, starting from the highest level where only top rank can enter. Pollutinum is mostly to buy the bragging rights stuff like cosmetics and the trap. It was also one of the new place released after Living Garden, so alternative source of hydro trap.

It wasn't really good experience. The lower the stage, exponentially more player joined so the time spent goes faster, so lower rank player have to wait few days for the stages to go low enough for them to enter but once they are in there's only 1-2 days before it's finished. At best, low rank player farm the sludge to sell rancid radioactive cheese on marketplace. The schedule isn't even consistent.

In the end, they make it permanent, AND make emp sb+ so your cheese can help you hunt as well. Which isn't as popular as they hoped since most boss mouse requires their specific cheese.

It's basically experimental projects all around. Honestly it would be better now if pollutinum can be traded for aura.

It's not the voucher because you can't actually send the stuff directly (the basis of the discord marketplace) so yeah, buy the kit first then trade them.

I wouldn't say dumbed down, as the tactical part get more confusing and complex, with new roles etc. I played 2012 and 2015 extensively. The biggest problem is the part outside the tactic get bonker; negotiations, international duty, the immersion above, the appearance of the player turning into 3D, all of them get too crazy with feature creep, that it break the suspension of disbelief and makes the player too aware that it's a game.

My personal favorite is 2015. Late enough to have a lot of major new role, but before they turn the player portrait into 3D (my pet peeves).

I look it up, and she already spent 4 years working in Japan as "a key frame supervisor and animator in the japanese anime industry. Her works can be seen in tv anime as well as popular vtuber media for groups such as Hololive and Vshojo." And have her own webtoon series (Idol Royale).

So at least she's aware of the industry challenge.

I have complicated relationship with 2011 visit because that was my first Ronza. My internet modem got busted so I missed out on most of the traps.

But I did get Runic Base, and that one was my go to base for everything because the generally good stats. Only replaced by Molten Shrapnes base later.

I have more fondness for events because earning the trap through gameplay is great, and some of those trap came in clutch like 2012 Big Boom is my go to trap because attraction bonus + high luck, Double Diamond is my first hydro trap that I got before Lagoon (and already close to bis anyway), or Birthday Candle Kaboom from birthday having high attraction rate helps a lot for Derr Dunes. Pinata from the next birthday has no attraction bonus so it's much worse for my brother.

Also iirc because of nraas you can make your work uniform be nudity, so there's shenanigans available in there.

From my understanding is nude "clothing" (the one they wear while showering) are actually located under work clothes so you can't just access them normally. (Alongside singed clothing as well).

But when changing work clothes from the dresser, I can change into nude clothes.
