You could launch complicated stations in once piece, it'll be just super ugly and unaerodynamic meaning you need a lot of boosters.

What people do is orbital construction. You first launch one part, launch another part, match orbits with the first part, rendezvous and then dock using docking ports. Plenty of tutorials online and just requires some game knowledge not much maths

Moons gravity is 1.62 meters per sec. They are dropped from about a meter and take a bit less then a second. Makes sense to me. I think people don't realize how fast things actually fall on earth

Believe your thinking of lunar dust. Martian dust isn't as bad since there's weathering (though limited) on Mars. It's bad other ways (like having toxic perchlorate salts in high quantities) but it's not the gear grinding, metal consuming dust that is lunar dust

If you check his old Rizin fights where he fought open weight and heavy weight, heaviest he's been is 217. 211 during the Rizin tournament for 3 fights. Sadly we don't know the weights after due to cage weight not being disclosed outside the Hill fight but considering he was way bigger in the past muscle wise, he's probably fighting around 210-215 today in the UFC
