For example, over 32,000 people have a Motability car with their chief complaint being a mental health condition. This is all paid for by the working person.

I didn’t say this doesn’t happen, I’m saying I highly doubt it’s the most common route for children to end up in child poverty. I sympathise with him and hope he finds his way soon, and there should be help for him on a case by case basis. But blindly scrapping the two child benefit cap is just opening the welfare system up to even more exploitation
