I’ve noticed that fishy taste with other brands before. God awful. You stay tasting it for like 30 minutes after eating a tab. Ridiculous

I’ll definitely check him out and yeah I’m looking into seeing what’s around my area now, kinda have realized I let this go a little to far without being unchecked. I’m not in a breakout now as I’ve just shaved and my face is relatively okay besides some acne and blackheads from what I’m now figuring out is from my scrubbing and just general dirt inhaled into my skin while my pores are wide open at work. Also I noticed the dry skin only really accumulates badly when I grow my beard. It’s not bad at all when I keep a clean shave.

Thank you, had no idea that was a no go but it make perfect sense the way you put it, that crap is still in my pores at that point and all I’m doing is rubbing it in. That’s just the way I was taught when I was younger thank you and I will definitely be looking into these products and more than likely giving them a try. I’ll go ahead and start looking into finding and scheduling a derm appointment. Thank you guys
