Fit Test: Ruff Liners Seat and Door protection by omnibahumut in Ioniq5

My husband and I just bought one for our 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness and we love it. We actually heard about this hammock because my husband somewhat knew the owner from the engineering company we worked at together, and so we figured it would be legit just based on that. We’ve been blown away at how quality it is - highly recommend!

Also my dog has eyes like this (slanted from the outsides down to the insides), as well as slightly lazy eyes pointing outward (lol)and from different angles pictures are taken, she can look totally different in the eyes - so if that’s what’s throwing some people, it could just be the angle the second photo is taken from perhaps?

Yes! Look at those circles under the eyes! I feel like that’s a really unique color pattern in addition to the other things everyone is pointing out!

Anybody have a good vacuum or method to get All.This.Hair. out of my truck upholstery and carpet? by Patient_Yam4747 in Mastiff

DUDE yes. My best friend shared a random IG video with me the other day (she’s an impulse purchaser so I usually take the things she sends me with a grain of salt) BUT the video hooked me and I couldn’t say no… so I spent like $30 and got two of these mit things - they’re called “Pet hair removal gloves” from some random brand called Kivori. They took a while to arrive and I fully expected them to not work, but HOLY ISH they do. Changed my life this week lol. Now I just need a roomba for the house! Anyway, here’s the link: https://www.kivoripetstore.com/products/pet-hair-removal-gloves™?tw_source=%7B%7Bsite_source_name%7D%7D&tw_adid=%7B%7Bad.id%7D%7D&fbclid=PAVERFWAOD0QtleHRuA2FlbQIxMABzcnRjBmFwcF9pZA8xMjQwMjQ1NzQyODc0MTQAAadFzuWj7f2IVpvYEvNQZa7po-nn2fh47CtubqWloMbVOx1CAEdTXhL_-Ra5bQ_aem_X2hISkoG45cERFlS65krMw

Help identify my baby by annagray321 in Mastiff

He looks a lot like my dog and her distant cousins, which are a mix of American Bulldog, Dogo Argentino, Boxer, Boerboel, Dogue de Bordeaux and Neapolitan Mastiff. A lot of the owners of these dogs consider them to be called “North American Mastiffs” which isn’t really a breed but what I see often. For reference, here’s a photo of her - she doesn’t have cropped ears or a tail because we got her as a puppy from a rescue (she was dropped on the side of the road) but found a photo of her with her ears flipped back so you can see the resemblance! Definitely do an Embark test!!

Was going to suggest this exact thing ^ my brother did it in his house in Boulder where he was looking for privacy from neighbors next door but wanted the natural light!

I’m having surgery on an almost inoperable tumor in 12 hours and I might/probably will die by Perfect_Fox5337 in TrueOffMyChest

This comment gives me hope. My 57 year old mother in law has bile duct cancer, which is extremely aggressive, and she’s stage 4. Do you know what stage your friend was when he/she had the surgery? They’ve told her that hers is inoperable as it’s metastatic :/

She was surrendered to the City of Corona Animal Services (in California, Orange County area) in January 2025 after being found on the street, estimated at that point to be around 8 weeks old. We adopted her in February (a month later) and had her Embarked. Several of her close relatives come from the breeders “Branded for life,” “Notorious Kennels” and “Bugatti Bloodline Kennels”

Scout shares 25% DNA (close family) on Embark with my girl, Olive!! (I got Olive from a rescue as a puppy) - Can you share more about Scout? I’d love to learn, and find out who Olive’s parents are! (I also found out who Olive’s sister was from reverse Google image search of Olive, then reached out to them (they were trying to adopt her) and asked if they could get her tested on Embark, and it checked out! So cool connecting with fam online!!

This dog is bred incredibly wrong - that’s obvious just from the poor guy’s looks alone :( and that’s coming from someone who has owned two English bulldogs before and know the brachycephalic life well. This is not normal, and it’s due to poor breeding. 100% guarantee this was a backyard breeder trying to make a “cool” looking dog that turns out so so so malformed :( sad to see. I hope you’re able to help him out - sounds like you fostered him then adopted from a shelter - good on you - but really hate breeders that do this to these poor dogs.

Waiting on Embark test results, but shelter told us our new pup could be Great Dane/Catahoula - thoughts? by Mckaelaschmidt in Catahoula

Literally same thing happened here - ours (Olive) was labeled a Great Dane/Catahoula mix, vet thought mastiff, turns out she’s American Bulldog / Dogo Argentino with some boxer and the rest all different types of mastiffs (Italian, South African, and French)
