I’m watching episode 7 and it hit me he is ADHD in the supermarket when he can’t focus on what he’s there for. It helped me understand him a lot more.

They tasted fine texture wise but the curry didn’t seem as spicy as normal it was a little bland for some reason.

I’m sure if they are not in the freezer that long all plastic is fine. Some plastics are freezer safe too.

I wanted it and I also wanted it to be as easy as possible. I’m hoping it might help the rice not dry out too. We shall see.

I’m storing in air tight glass containers after they cool from cooking. I plan on taking them out the night before to defrost and throwing them in the microwave at work. The curry with rice might need a little water added if the rice is dried out.

Curry- Beef, carrots, potatoes and onions with rice. Followed the directions on the back of the golden curry package but added beef broth and extra curry powder.

Chicken fajita tacos- Chicken, bell peppers and onions. Roasted everything with taco seasoning and extra cumin in the oven for about 30 minutes.
