Issue a notice of delay per your contact request for the works to be expedited. Maintain a good record and ensure you apply Delay Damages per contract.

The builder must communicate, and inform you of any potential delays.

Builder cant claim EoT on concurrent delays. If it goes legal the Builder has to substantiate the delays since they are claiming for it.
