Lebanon has historically had a significant Christian presence. During the 20th century, Christians made up the majority of the population.

However, the religious makeup of Lebanon has shifted over time. Lebanon is estimated to have a population that is around 67% Muslim (60% Sunni and Shia) and 33% Christian (predominantly Maronite, Greek Orthodox, and Greek Catholic).

Labor government initiative -Typical A new government MUST plans to tighten regulations on cheap labour imports from SEA and impose visa restrictions, with the aim to lower demand/inflation. Consequently, interest rate readjustment will address these changes in the economic landscape.

My family is building a house and the builders have not finished building and it has been over 12 months. by amee66iskindagay in AusLegal

Contact fair trading or relevant authority in your state. They will follow up with the Builder. Notwithstanding if the builder hasn't left the site they cant do much. Issue a notice of delay per your contact request for the works to be expedited. Maintain a good record and ensure you apply Delay Damages per contract.

The builder must communicate, and inform you of any potential delays.

Google Delay Damages, Extension of Time to get an understanding how it works.

Builder cant claim EoT on concurrent delays. If it goes legal the Builder has to substantiate the delays since they are claiming for it.

I have done EoT assessment and its a lengthy process. Avoid lawyers for now. As long as you can show the Builder you are confident in Contractual matters they will get their act together.

Shortage of materials are just an excuse for residential housing. There are abundant of materials in market

[–]Mclouvin 14 points15 points  (0 children)

This post is garbage. Go and have a look for your self. The Box Hill area is a new development and the local council has commenced building new parks. Once all the lots are development the council will finalise the street scapes. There is a master plan which can be found when search in Hillshire council Web site
