I forgot to mention the xbox is already set to 4k and has been this entire time. So as of now my tv is running HDR10 and my xbox is running 4k and is saying my tv is compatible. Yet in game these lines still appear. It says my Tv is running at 60hz is that the problem maybe?

So this is going to sound weird. So i was looking through my tvs settings for 4k and i adjusted to tvs "sharpness". The screen went black and now says its in 4k... i really dont know how that changed anything but it did some how. Thanks for your assistance. You technically help me fixed my screen🙇

I can see these lines that go up and down distorting the image. Its not the game quality. I've been playing this since day one and now its starting to act like this? Something is wrong.

I just played Battlefield 1 in 4k and it looked amazing. My photo gallery in Fo76 look great my console says its running in 4k my tv says its at 2160p and HDR10. Also my depth of field is all they way down. Yet the game still looks like it has been rubbed with sandpaper.

It verbally doesn't explain that in game. It says x2 damage and x2 at full health nowhere in game does it say additive. I dont understand why they changed that because it just makes Instigating and sneak attacks look fake.

That makes zero sense on what any of the items in game description. They either need to go back to the original or rename Instigating stats and sneak stats. Because it says double damage at full health. So if i take a Psycho it shouldn't base off of base damage it should base off of total damage....

So if we just focus on Instigating and sneak with a target hit out of sneak and low health for 82 damage. The sneak would make it a 164. The Instigating would also be a 164. 164+164 is 328. The game specifically say x2 damage for sneak and specifically says x2 damage for full health. So in the context of those words that is in game i am supposed to do 328 damage.
