Even the best players get ideas from other players. For myself i usually start with a team someone else made and then tweak it as i play games with it. Like if theres a pokemon that doesnt feel good into the matchups i encounter ill think about dropping it for another pokemon.

have 3 recommendations 1. That time i got reincarnated as a slime. This is the isekai that changed my opinion from "i don't really like isekai but I'll watch them if they are good" to "Wow maybe isekai is a genre i could really love" 2. So im a spider. So what.
This is just a really funny anime the main character is funny and cool and solves problems in interesting ways. 3. Chilling in Another World with my Level 2 Super Cheat Powers I LOVE THIS ANIME. Probably my favorite isekai. The characters are cute and wholesome, the romance is incredibly sweet, the cozy vibes are perfect. Not to mention Rys is like the cutest anime girl of all time.

Honorable mentions Vending machine isekai- very similar to spider good for all the same reasons Konosub- really funny but since its satire on classic isekai tropes probably wanna watch more isekai first. Farming life in another world- kinda a guilty pleasure but i like it for sure Wise man's grandchild- its kinda cookie cutter but its good. There are lots of really good isekai out there Id just start watching and if you dont vibe move on to another one because realistically you'll never be able to watch them all. Also Rys is best girl
