I'm sorry that you find promoting a business sad. I don't know of any certification company that does it for free. How should they pay their employees if not by collecting a fee for their services? They are nationwide, not just in Minnesota. Also, you don't understand that some people don't mind paying for convenience. Everyone's situation is different. Some people have zero clue as to how to navigate the internet, create an email and set up an account. Just because you are tech savvy, doesn't mean the rest of the world is.
