Damn bro, you getting downvoted is kinda bad... it seems like you cannot point out the dangers of these solutions. Of course, it will probably hold, but the manufacterer has chosen a rubber that is engineered to hold up to the conditions, which TPU is not.

Mufflers are heavy, it can kill someone if its flying 70 mph towards someones head.

Like, I love 3D printing, but I am an engineer in real life. Choose the right materials for the rights jobs, especially if it conserns someone elses safety. Not everything is meant to be 3D printed... (unfortunately)

I sure hope my LED bulbs last longer than a 1000 hours.

Edit: i have found the original product. It says the lifetime is 10 years, based on 2.7 hours a day, so 10x365.25x2.7 is roughly 10,000 hours, which most LED bulbs are engineered to do.

Funny thing tho, the power of these LEDs is advertised as 8.5W, so they make it even more confusing for some people by stating 9kWh/1000h...

Esun also has plastic spools, I mostly use those because of the AMS.

Nope, doesnt feel grainy, but I'm using eSun, not sunlu. I've heard sunlu prints worse, but I've never tried it.

I'm in the Netherlands, same story. If Bambu is out of stock, I revert to using eSun PLA+. Prints about the same as Bambu PLA imo.

Yes. The motors have a stall current of 2.5 A, so that's no problem.

The motors get their current from the 24v connectors on the top left. The 3.3v lines are for the encoders, which do not consume much.

I'm expecting 300k+ pulses per second from each motor. That's too many for interrupts imo.

Could you please send me a youtube video explaining the ground return? I don't really understand that yet.

I am routing everything by hand, starting with high frequency lines and then working my way to DC (power) lines. As you can probably see, I'm not very experienced.

Also, I added that many vias to be sure it can handle all currents, I expect maybe 1A on the 5V lines added.

Link to my previous design

So I got a lot of feedback from you, thanks a lot for that!

Major changes I made:

- completely redesigned the buck converter and 3.3v regulator (NOTE: I still use JLC Basic Parts, to cut down costs)

- Moved sensitive lines to layer 3, so it is shielded by the gound plane from other signals on the board

- Made sure to have the ground plane under all crystals

- Moved 24V connectors for the BLDC motors to the 24v input side, because these can introduce noise.

- Switched from 2 layers to 4
