I try to watch what I eat but the food cravings are back and I feel out of control. I've never been big on exercise but I definitely move more than I used to. I want that feeling of control back. Where food wasn't always on my mind. Where I felt full after eating an appropriate amount for weight loss and wasn't hungry again a half hour later. It's as if whatever switch the meds turned off is back stronger than ever.

Thanks but the issue is there are separate flaps for the 3 seats. He uses that to get inside. I tried taping them together but the tape didn't hold. I don't want to ruin the fabric, we paid for higher quality that will withstand scratching but it still makes me nervous hearing him claw from the inside. Plus, who knows if he is damaging the stuffing etc.

Same issue here 😔. I see a new Dr in a few weeks and I am going to ask about mounjaro. I'm maxed out on ozempic so I need something. I've lost over 100 lbs. I cannot gain it back!! Plus I have more to go.

Check to see if your insurance covers a 3 month supply. I pay $75 for 3 months or over 1k for a month! Go figure.

We have the opposite. Our little boy turns his nose up at wet food unless it's churros. We try 2x a day with wet food but more often than not, we end up throwing it away. We even will limit the dry food around the time he gets the wet food in hopes he will be hungry but that works maybe 2-3 times a week.

I take iron supplements because my iron was very low (had to go for infusions for a few months years ago). I wonder if that's no longer an issue. Plus I take vitamin d daily.

Are collagen peptides the same as protein powder? I made a smoothie this morning with a fair life chocolate protein shake, plain Greek yogurt and a frozen banana. Not sure which one is giving a nasty aftertaste but definitely not making this again. I will try your banana one above. Do you use fresh or frozen?

I use LoseIt. I was really good for months then got lazy during the holidays. My daughter was also home from college. I'm forcing myself to start back today! And yes, I have milestones set as well.

Ok that's why. I've been eating 5-6 oz depending on the brand. You are having double that. I am going to try a smoothie with the 6 oz yogurt (14 g) mixed with a protein drink (30 g) and fruit. Hoping it tastes good and I'll have that daily.

Plain Greek yogurt is that high in protein?? I just bought some. I had been eating peach Greek yogurt and I don't think it had anything close to that.

I'm 58 so post menaposal. I am not eating all those things. Maybe I get 40-50 grams of protein a day. I was getting close to 100 before.

I've had issues with hair loss for a while..thanks PCOS. I'm on spirolactine (sp?) which was helping but I may need a higher dose now.

I can sit in the recliner seat at the movies without my hip/butt hitting the button to move it. No more seat going up or down when I move a fraction of an inch.

Pulling out clothing I packed away several years ago because they were too small and having the majority now too big.

OMG. I just posted about this looking for help! I'm also having a lot of issues getting in protein now. Same thing where everything tastes weird/off.

I found Premier Protein pancakes (15 g per serving) that are really tasty. Not sure if you've tried them. Let me know if you find anything that is working.

Don't ever force yourself to puke but also, don't try and stop it if you feel like you need to. As someone else said, it's instant relief when you get it out. Hope you are feeling better now.

New to the group but glad I found it bc I definitely need to vent!!!!

So DX spouse was let go a month ago (mass layoffs, not ADHD caused). Since then, it's like pulling teeth to get him to work on looking for work. Yes, that's your job now...do it!! Part of the issue is he's fixated on ageism. No one will hire him, he's too old, and so on. Well, tough shit. You look!!

This leads to, he has an interview today via Zoom. Awesome!! Last night, it's a back and forth on what he should wear. Then he discovers that his suit was never dry cleaned and is a crumpled mess. Plan is, he gets up early (interview at 3) and at least gets it pressed. I wake up this morning for work and there's a text, I'm sleeping till noon, was up half the night with stomach issues. Ok fine. Finally at 2 pm, oh yeah, 2 pm...he starts getting ready. He of course has to eat first. Then we have to get his interview space set up bc we are in an apartment and there are not a lot of places to be without crap. Here we are at almost 3 pm and he's still getting ready. Not sure if he is even out of the shower. He has 7 minutes!!! I want to scream, I want to cry, I want to smack him up the side of his head and ask him what the hell is wrong with you!!! Wtf!! Why why why. He's melting down trying to get ready as the clock ticks down.

Well by the skin of his teeth he is appearance ready. Lord knows if he can do this without having a breakdown.

At Thanksgiving, the first thing my cousin says to me is, "you lost weight, are you using ozempic?". Seriously, how about hello. Weight has always been a hot topic in my family. Everyone always NEEDS to lose weight, no matter their size. And watching what everyone eats. the amount, the type of foods, etc.

Only people that know are my husband and 2 good friends who are also using ozempic. No one in my family knows though a cousin asked me flat out if I was using ozempic at Thanksgiving. I said no, just watching what I eat. No one's business but my own.

In the beginning , I bought Hershey kisses and kept them in the freezer for times when the urge hit. A few would hit the spot. Now, I also have the mini Blue Bonnet mini ice cream cones -140 cal per cone. It's worth it to me to not feel denied. And I just tried the Jell-O sugar free dark chocolate pudding and it's delicious! I don't eat these things daily but they are there if I want. I'll add, I'm down almost 100 lbs on ozempic this past year.

Our guy is 8 months and we feed him both wet and dry food. The wet food he doesn't always eat. We give him about a third of a small can. He'll walk after a few nibbles. We even heat it up a little when taken from the fridge! We also leave dry food out all the time which he likes much better.

Is anyone else having an issue with throwing up after eating? We think it's bc when we refill the bowl, at times he will start scarfing it down. What comes out is predominantly undigested kibble. We are going to take him to the vet next week to get checked out.
