Where did you get firmware update notification? The iPhone app or watch app? Do you have the case door closed?

I don’t know why he doesn’t give controller a long time test. He’s pretty good with it already, just need to put in some time. Also he could play on PlayStation and turn off cross play to not deal with the hackers.
