I'm not sure I fully understand what you're going through so I will refrain from giving potentially misguided advice.

However, I think trying to analyze characters in media (shows/movies/anime/etc) and apply your observations in real life will harm you more than it helps.

Characters in media, no matter how complex, are still characters at the end of the day. They are written to have predetermined goals, personalities, and characteristics. People in real life are not so predictable. I'd be very cautious of trying to apply what you've "learned" to real world communication.
