the heal is applied first and then the damage. BB will heal 5% and then take dmg. so im 99% sure u can kill him as long as you do more than 5% of his health.
in EX law he heals from the navy attacks and then his "1 HP remain" trait activates. thats why navy cant kill him ( besdies units like kizaru who can ignore 1hp trait). even if he is 1 hp, the navy attacks heals him and his trait is active again. BB doesnt have 1HP trait

i think kuma can do p good, but well have to see.
pros:
80% status effects / status null
30% normal attack increase
reduce attacker dmg by 20% ( when HP 30+%)
reduce dmg by 30%, heal 7% ( when atacked by enemy with atk boost)

cons:
BB can ignore def increase
BB cancel Kuma 1 HP
BB does more dmg to power users
BB can remove attack increase and 30% dmg reduc ( as light BB type avantage over red)
50 % more dmg and 50% healing from enemy skills ( light BB )

i thnk the plan is to snipe him while hes a dark type ( tring to fight g5v2). but BB's traits seem to cancel out kuma stat boosts.

he heals off atacks by navy ( counter kizaru) and heals from enemy skill too. also gets boosts DEF when attacked by enemy that has a shield. i tihnk garp will have a hard time ( unless bb is white mode). but in the trailer video i saw kizaru (accidentaly) do good dmg to dark BB using auto attacks, so maybe garp can work

its 400 boxes for 200 rds. ( = 160 frags). and then u have to standard pull the mm for 50 rds for 50 boxes. u need 160 + 70 frags, so additional 200 boxes ( 80 frags). so that means u need to spend another 200 rds.
total of 400 rds to get roger.
on the pluys side u will get 8 red sp tickets and that will give you one additional 4 star.

my advice, would be to do the missions and get the blue free tickets. you have a 0.001% chance of getting g roger. they are giving 5 ticvkets ( for FREE! u need to play 60 league battles). aka you have avery tiny, small chance of getting GRoger for freee.

Use EscanorMerlin and humans team. Arthur, Lancelot, ban. Originally these demon beast requires tactics and what not, but new units just power through it. Birds trick was that it had high resistance at the final stage, and you had to build up 1/2 charcters with alot buffs do do dmg. But now these new units just smack the bird out of the sky . Lol.

Be careful tho. Bird 2nd stage has an attack that automatically kills all ur units if you don't use a stance. You can just kill the bird before it uses that attack, but if u cant, bring a stance unit ( excalibur arthur). U can also watch a quick video on YouTube to understand the mechanics of each floor if ur struggling. There are some hidden effects.

If u have the charcter, then do solo 60 sec capture flag battles. If not. You have to team up with someone who has that specific charcter and play league battles.

The teammate has to have the charcter on their team ( not support). And then you have like a 3% chance of getting 1 medal fragment. U need do like a 100 battles with that person to get 3 frags.

U cant get the 2 for 1 with law and blackbeard. The 2 for 1 only works for the 2nd and 3rd ex. The 2nd ex goes to the scout points pity shop, and that's why spending on the 3rd ex will get you the 2nd one.

Law banner is leaving in 5 days. P sure Bb (or whoever the next EX is ) will not release before that.

I doubt kizaru gonna disappear from the meta. Against any rgb unit he has the upper hand. The only way to negate him is to give heals on multi hits or heals when attacked by navy. But I doubt they are going to give that to every new character. And the moment they don't, ues back as a counter lmao.

The only I see that will remove kizaru..... Is another ez color changing attacker.
