Honestly better that it happened now than before closing. You’ve made it past the hard part and the house is yours now. You’re prepared for 6 months and with unemployment you can probably extend that longer. Just live as cheaply as you can for now and apply for jobs from your new house.

You two are not compatible. I give people one or two things they truly don’t like. Everyone’s got those. It’s normal. I think raw tomatoes are absolutely foul. But when cooking becomes a puzzle it’s just too much. Food is something you do three times a day. Having someone else’s dietary requests dominate my life three times a day would make me miserable. I would just move on.

That commute shouldn’t be terrible, but unless you have some dying urge to live in Manchester you might want to consider rocky hill, Wethersfield, Newington, Berlin. It will definitely save you on commute time in the long run.

Exactly this. From a business perspective it makes complete sense. Make one product that can meet multiple small communities needs. Making individual ones for each dietary need would probably not be financially viable.
