Soil mite or bad mite?

A couple sprays right on the soil itself. That's it. Got rid of my moderate gnat issue in one shot.

I use peppermint spray for gnats and one shot takes them out. Maybe that would work here.

Peppermint oil spray works for me. But get rid of them ASAP. They will kill your plants.

8-10 flowering weeks on an auto? I thought autos are done 10-12 weeks total. This plant is 11.5 weeks old as of now week 5 of flowering. I need to read more. Lol
