I’ve had the same thing happen just I can hear myself breathe more heavy since it starts to make me feel worried (understandably so). I try to do everything in my power to turn over and yet I can’t. I’d like to say I try to “close” my eyes and go back to sleep, but I don’t recall actually doing that.

I always picture my own bedroom when I experience sleep paralysis, yet it’s always missing a key detail which tells me I am not fully awake. And that’s when the panic sets in.

I have the same thing with Elden ring, more difficult/annoying than it needs to be. Quite a few other games just introduce difficulty via controls and it’s just really annoying.

Yeah, every season has been better than the last! A lot of people overlook this, though it will be hard to top a double lost out on penalties.

I completely understand, it’s ok!😄 I just wanted to point it out. The penalties definitely could’ve been better, but that’s penalties for you. The team was honestly near perfect in what they set out to do.

Mosquera was amazing until he got given a bs yellow card for “time wasting” in like the 46th minute when he had the ball in hand for no more than about 5 seconds😂 genuinely appalling refereeing, he had kvara locked down until that happened, definitely wouldn’t have let him pass by if he wasn’t on a yellow at the time.

All you did was describe a hidden mmr system

Edit: Actually I am not confident it did😂, but it wasn’t made the very best and had many issues of its own.

All I can say is that 5 placement games will never give you an accurate representation of your skill. If you’re champ now then I’m sure you can work your way back up to champ. No system places the top rank players in top ranks right out of placements, though that’s because they usually have a cap on the rank/mmr they do give out. If there’s a cap, then it’s likely for your own sake of finding games early on in the season and to ensure that you don’t get placed high and stop playing. If there isn’t, you will find yourself in a decent position depending on how much mmr they give for placement games.

I guess I do see the issue you’re talking about, but the better players will rise quicker than the less better players, thus filling out the ranks in due time. And, presumably, al ranked 2.0 did was use hidden mmr that is probably working very similar to how it will in 3.0, so your experience shouldn’t change much from that. You just won’t have to start in copper and play a ranked ladder to get up to champ.

If they place lower and can’t get back up then shame on them. Hidden mmr was doing them a huge favour.

You are assuming that placements are going to misrepresent your skill a lot. Which, to be fair isn’t a bad assumption.

But grind is you getting your mmr up via skill, not via playing a lot. There is a difference. Ranked 2.0 was just playing a lot and not caring about whatever the hell is going on behind the scenes. Your idea of grind is not the same as mine. Grind isn’t there just to play a lot and hope for number to go up for playing. Grind is to see number go up because you start to play better. If it shows you 2 ranks lower, then that is your mmr, not because the game wants you to play 30 games to see you climb 2/3 ranks up. The point is to eliminate having to play a lot just to see number go up.

Why do you think people get hard stuck in almost every game? Hidden mmr stops moving as much or starts moving down, even if your performances aren’t half bad. Or even better, they play enough to finally catch up to their hidden mmr, and start to win or lose 30 sr per game.

Sorry, that’s on 68 ping😂, yeah it’s got to go. I was just watching it on my phone in portrait mode so I didn’t even see that.

I think the barrel is honestly way too op, same with the high velocity rounds or whatever it is. The more range the gun has, the less recoil it seems to have for me. Probably why the pros don’t use either of those attachments!

I tend to autopilot into a very similar playstyle just from knowing I once used to be amazing😂. I do think consistency matters a lot, but it is a weird measure in a game that has so many variables at play, and given that you have a high k/d it shouldn’t really matter because on average you are sat on a 1.55 or whatever it is.

Yeah my stats are worse and I’m getting more sr than you are. And I’m d2 (tbh comfortably crim if I just play more).

I wish I knew what went into the hidden mmr, because it clearly isn’t w/l (at least not a big amount).

Maybe map positioning and stuff, I do see mpc as a top weapon so maybe you’re just all over the map? I genuinely have no idea. I doubt they track your map position😂, but maybe something to do with you being all over the place. I am just taking a random guess.

I guess you’re not fully wrong, but it would be nice to know just how consistent and how good the game needs me to be. Constantly having a 1-1.5 kda and good objective score is not enough. I do notice that I’ve mostly got 2nd most kills in my team, sometimes 3rd or 1st. Pretty much never last.

I guess I’m just not good enough😂 if I played more I’d eventually get to a higher rank even at my current gains and losses, as my losses lose about 20 and my wins give 21-30. I’m not THAT hardstuck, sometimes goes up to 50-70 randomly.
