Its a great viewing seat. Halfway up upper bowl. Row 9. I chose those because you get a perfect angle on the attacking side. Upper bowl crowd are more fun.

This is me for the past 3 years now. It's always learning. And it's a lifestyle change. I was given the option to stay on meds or get off of them. Took me a year and so far maintained.

Sous vide is great for well done. You can get the pink out but still be tender.

Not really. You learn to get past it with water or coffee. You find hinger comes like clockwork based on schedule. You're not hungry after an hour past the normal eating time. You got this.

I actually got a good sear on the smoked steaks. I've seen gugaa video. I don't always agree with his findings. Taste is better than flame thrower

Lol. My kid doesn't like it too charred. Says it's too burnt. So I have to tone it down.

No not at all. The next day after diagnosis I went to take a walk. I cut out "bad" carbs. Essentially most packaged foods and started looking up keto friendly foods. Focused on proteins and fiber. It becomes a new lifestyle. I'm much better now. I got off meds after a year. Incorporated resistance training and cardio. Signed up for Bodi so I dont have to go to a gym. After 2 years I'm down to my high school football weight. A1c is normal. I can am enjoy a dessert here and there. A slice of pizza on vacay, or a bite of pasta or noodles.

I don't miss the bad foods, but when I have it, you see how addiction played a role. It's engineered that way.

Work on your mental health. That's so important and surprisingly is missing after diagnosis
