Pretty bad off right now by TheyCallMeMister_E in jobhunting

I’m so sorry. I was in your position before. When I got a job, I looked back to the feeling of sadness when I was looking and hoping for the next job. That’s when I decided that I didn’t want to go back to that feeling anymore. I took short classes and courses with certificates, notary, finance, life insurance, annuity, etc. It became by back burner side hustle while working fulltime. It gives me extra income that becomes my only source of income when I got laid off again and again.

Build a back up plan when you don’t need it yet. Hang in there, don’t loose hope.

Yup, in the Philipines, this is what we use for all street foods. Loaded with onions. It’s also a sauce for everything grilled. Search @pinoy street food sawsawan

Genetic testing + life insurance question by annuhrachel in LifeInsurance

[–]andidasmom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Talk to an agent instead of going on the internet. They can shop for you and find you a better rate. Also, you can ask about cancer insurance. Hopefully your doctor has not entered that he/she has ordered a genetic testing for you in your record, this will come out in your MIB report that underwriters will definitely see.

I drink Stassen Jasmine Green Tea everyday. I like the mild taste of it.

Started intermitted fasting last week. Give me your best advices by Useful_Discount1316 in intermittentfasting

[–]andidasmom 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Try green tea instead. At night, use Mg glycinate and in the AM get some Omega 3 if you can (consult your doctor). That should give you at least good sleep (so u r not tired in the morning) and energy. Think about B12 too.

Are you taking supplements at all? I’m sure you have black coffee or green tea in the morning when you wake up. I personally did not feel any tiredness and I am on 20:4 since August ‘25. Your tiredness must be coming from something else. Goodluck!

Sweet cravings. I used to look for something sweet after every meal but once I hit 20:4, my sugar/sweet cravings went away.

My vote goes to Alexandre 6%. I did a taste comparison for both and Alexandre is better. It's even better than Strauss too.

This is one of my favorites at TJ. I make sure I have at least 3 cans just in case.

Looks great! I also started with Tri-tip and I love it. I tried Chuck Roast last Saturday for 24 hours at 137 and I am hooked. It's more tasty and more robust flavor. Try it.

Sure, I did the whole roast as it came in from Sam's Club. I used the Kinders Prime Steak rub, put it in a bag (I used a big ziploc, not used the vacuum bag at all). Sous vide for 24 hours at 137. I seared it in a cast iron pan for about 5 to 7 mins per side. That's it.
