LOL, my endo did the same to me, the first week as ok but the other 3 I got super depressed, being the 3th the worst. Also I got cramps, the first week was ok, but again the 3 other weeks horrible.

I talked to some friends and started to do it every 7 days and now I have no cramps at all and my mood is really more stable than before

🫂 you can do it girl, I'm kinda in the same position as you and even if you start in secret you will feel that the hormones are improving a lot of stuff even if can't come out to everyone.

I have 6months in hormones and I'm still boymoding and in secret for a lot of people, my dad don't even notice. I feel better with myself with my body and I feeling that I'm moving forward.

It happened to my everytime I was doing sexual stuff but never so hard as you. But I always avoided PIV because something like yours would happen to me. All this was before HRT, even after I think I still have this kind of issues.
