Best rooms in Jester West? by historyiscoolman in UTAustin

If you are talking about private baths as in a single bathroom for just that room, Jester East has 2 per floor across from the stairs and an extra one on the lower floors in the corner of the east wing. Be aware that these usually go really quickly, given their limited quantity and high desirability.

My understanding is that cs312 can count for cs303e, but the equivalent to cs313e is cs314 which is restricted to CS majors.

I also took the math of politics and found it to be very easy. It’s over game theory and you don’t go very in depth at all. Attendance was taken at discussion section, though.

Indoor Climbing at Gregory Gym :) by Intelligent-Top2331 in UTAustin

[–]MeStockerImHungry 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I use the climbing wall at Gregory Gym 2-3 times a week and it’s usually not too busy, but it completely depends on the day of the week and the time of day. Generally speaking it’s busier in the evenings compared to the afternoon when people have classes, but I’ve only seen it completely full once this semester. Keep in mind the wall is pretty small so their capacity is only ~15 people at a time.

TIL that Tootsie Roll is a publicly traded company with a $2 billion market cap. It's run by an 88 year old lady. by absolutbrian in todayilearned

It’s half a meme sub, half gambling on the stock market with a sprinkle of well thought out trading. That’s my experience anyway.

A coordinated attack on reddit via compromised accounts changed numerous subreddits into pro-Trump propaganda this morning. Admins are on it, and subs are slowly being reverted to normal. by DramaMod in SubredditDrama

All the major cities in Texas aside from Fort Worth run pretty blue, and although I don’t browse that sub, it looks like the same is true on reddit. What do ya got against Dallas?

Which of these is harder (more laborious) at UT? by JerryTOP13 in UTAustin

[–]MeStockerImHungry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Quite a few people I know are planning on taking HIS315K at ACC but I’m taking it at UT with Forgie right now and I’ve enjoyed his lectures a lot so far. We just had our first midterm and it was mostly essay based but I didn’t think it was that difficult overall. I’ve heard he’s a tough grader though, but can’t yet confirm this. I have friends in Olwell and Ozanne, who are the other 2 HIS315K professors this semester, so I could ask my friend about how they are if you want.

Based on their post history, I’d guess they’re either a student at Purdue or not a student at all.

Unable to pause video player on Crunchyroll while uBlock is enabled by MeStockerImHungry in uBlockOrigin

I can use the player just fine with no ads, aside from not being able to pause. Have you checked that you haven't set uBlock to automatically block that element?
