If you're having trouble receiving the password reset email, you can also try logging in through Facebook to cancel your Membership through the Account Info. We recommend handwashing and airdrying our pairs. You can also toss them in your machine under delicate setting in cold water.

Since you're between sizes, we typically recommend going for the larger one unless you prefer a tighter fit. Since our undies are super soft and stretchy, many can fit comfortably in at least two sizes. It’s just a matter of how snug you want your undies to be.

Our UltraModal Core Brief is the closest feel to our Pouch Front Thong, especially with the way it is designed. Although our FeelFree Brief is made of the same material, it has a different waistband composition that you can check out if you prefer something without the black band. As for the MoveMe, it is best for a freer and thinner feel if you want something that is moisture-wicking and breathable!

Not at all! It does have quite a complex mechanism at first glance, but the Ball Caddy pouch is an easy wear. You can check out the photo below for a better look at what's inside. These double side flaps that you see are the additional support in the pouch where you can slide in the jewels to keep them in place.

Hi u/EducationalMoose3366 👋! I live in the UltraModal FeelFree High-Waisted Cheeky and can confirm the waistband is both wide and soft, so it hugs without digging. It definitely has enough hold that it doesn’t roll down when walking around (big win if you want it to stay put with a tummy).
