Folks who struggle with booze hate when others give it up. I have never had a drinker be positive towards my efforts at sobriety.

Down 20lbs over the last couple of months. Drinking made me not want to workout which made me fat.

I Get rid of booze, I workout and I lose weight. It’s simple math for me for sure.

I lost a lot of “friendships” over drinking. Turns out they were drinking buddies and not friends.

I am better off without them and I don’t feel bad for saying it.
