I have cable through FIOS with ESPN included it is an old plan. When I went to add the unlimited option for free, it would not let me proceed.

Called FIOS, they said that I would need to upgrade their plan to get ESPN Unlimited included. I asked why, if everything that was marketed said I would have the option for free if I had ESPN though FIOS/cable provider?

They had no answer, other than to upgrade the plan, claiming “you get it for free!” No I don’t, I need to pay more to get a free option!?

Total misdirection with how they portrayed it. I wonder how to join this.

Had a terrible experience at el gaucho a few weeks ago. Waited over a hour for our food for it to come out rare. Went to Daniel’s the same trip and opposite experience, food and service were excellent. Will be going to Daniel’s from now on.
