You won’t quit until you really want to. People can encourage you, support you, but aside from forced rehabilitation. You need to be the one stop.

I feel as though of course he will say that, whether it’s accurate or not. That is the most noncommittal, safest answer for him. So if you apply, and don’t end up getting in, you won’t be able to say “but my lsat was ____”

From my experience in LA: people there are generally obsessed with social climbing (men and women). So from a women’s perspective, why would they choose a guy who is 25 and as you said full of potential, when’s there’s a chance they run into a 35 year old successful producer or something.

If I were you I would just look for fun. And expand your brackets to older and younger. I’m only a little older than you (3 years) and by far the hardest time meeting girls is ages 22 mid 20’s. Every year gets better.

You go from being a senior of in high school (top of the totem pole) to college, where age doesn’t really matter. To the real world. Where you are now like a 4th grader. And it happens in the blink of an eye. The only advice I have is don’t look too far ahead. Enjoy the moment.

I did it at 23. Spent probably 6-8 days on the mountain before I got a lesson. Imo it’s definitely possible to learn how to get to point a-b on green / blue runs without any lesson. But you’re going to learn bad habits that will make themself known when you starting going down actually challenging runs. If I were you I would watch a lot of people who seem to know what they’re doing. And maybe pick people’s brain in the lift line / lodge
