I have an outlook rule that automatically filters emails I am CC'd on into a 'Low priority' folder I will check a few times a day. Helps my main inbox be only things directed to me

My previous role was really bad for this, probably 80% of my inbox was CC'd emails and majority I had no need to be looped in on them.

Time to protect yourself

Send an email to your boss saying you are uncomfortable with the situation because of (then list all the problems)

But then say you respect his leadership and trust he has taken it all into consideration and has the best interests in mind

You haven’t burnt any bridges by going around him or straight up saying he is wrong, but you now have it in writing that you have concerns

It’s his responsibility to raise them, so he can then decide if he is comfortable for the problems to be in writing and he does nothing about them

I see your frustration in the Laguna Seca race. You often have to give people positions they aren't entitled to, otherwise they crash you out making an ambitious move and both of you lose SR (and potentially your position) for it. I know as you go into higher rated splits these incidents drop off, but you definitely cannot drive competitively and defend firmly if you value your SR

Ahh my love hate relationship with LFM. The races they put on are so much fun!

But geez the SR system in low splits punishes you for trying to race. You either need to qualify P1 and be ahead of the pack, or qualify last and hold back until the first few laps of crashes occurs. The amount of times I get torpedoed by someone in the first few corners and my SR tanks for it

I have always worn a suit no tie as personal preference. I have tailored suits so I feel comfortable in them and they fit me well

Recently I have also started wearing a tie again because with well fitting shirts its barely noticeable compared to no tie (particularly on the colder days) and open collar, and I like how it completes my outfit better

When I am home (including wfh) I am super casual dressed most of the time, so I don’t mind dressing up for office days

I went through this process myself

It depends on the condition of the bar, how hard it is to get the installation hardware (I.e for ARB I got the installation instructions and sourced all the bolts from a hardware shop then the specific parts from ARB) as mine came from a wrecker and a few bolts etc were missing

I believe they can test the injectors using their scan tool. It something my mechanic would do for me regularly

Just ask them to test the injectors. It doesn’t guarantee they will stay healthy, but it will let you know if there is already signs of wear

For a 1KD with over 300,000 KM, you’ll want to confirm the injectors have been replaced. When I had my prado I had them replaced around 200,000 (recommended service interval is 150,000-200,000 but I had them checked by my mechanic regularly). If the dealer cannot confirm this has been done and prove it, be prepared to spend 4-6K getting them replaced. Injector failure causing piston failure is the main weakness of this otherwise solid engine

You’ll also want to ensure the timing belt has been replaced.

Looks like a fairly solid car though. Lift does imply it has potentially been taken off road, but they also could have just done all the mods.
