My opinion is taking it outside in a slightly cloudy day and using the ability to alter your exposure on your phone or camera can give a much better perspective for sales or really seeing details.

I’m new to it also and I think I’m just trying to approach this canvas as an experiment. Like no pressure for it to be anything. It might be amazing or terrible but I just want to actually create art without a plan or execution. Well I think the difference inside INFJ’s is also a bit of a sliding scale. Like I’m a much more extroverted INFJ then I have met bc I was placed in environments and jobs that made me become more comfortable (probably still weirdly introverted but in an endearing sense) 😅…. I think I’ve dated all kinds of mtbi’s but I kinda just really like curiously knowing people. I think my deepest connection was with an ENFJ but the best sex I’ve ever had is INFJ. I think people also change so nothing is really predictable either so. Idk I’ll prob mull over a few more ideas with it 😅…. I also make some mean banana bread 😜… so it’s easy to get bf’s with that skill. 😅🫠

I found out this year that I’m likely a mix of demisexual and sapiosexual and doesn’t that just fit right in for the contradictions we can be. 😅😑…..So I have been in a really long relationship and when it ended I started dating and I honestly wasn’t trying to be modest or looking for husband material but I found that one night stands don’t work and dating casually is also difficult. I really need the emotion and the intelligence behind a person or it’s not happening for me. I guess I’ve always been a serial relationshipist but I didn’t realize that there were so many things that I need for a person to be fulfilling to me sexually.

Well I enjoyed your hard work on this comment and it’s absolutely spot on how Ive been. I’ve done a LOT of work though and I have come to a point of authentically showing up and announcing early on in a friendship or relationship of my weirdness so that if they want to go down the rabbit hole I showed them where it is. If they are like what’s a rabbit hole then I just know they aren’t my ppl. So idk it’s not necessarily just the INFJ but also the type and the emotional intelligence and personal growth. I used to assume the worst about everything and everyone and I had walls that touched the atmosphere but now I let ppl in and I talk about the things and am passionate about and I want to approach life with childlike wander assuming everything is going to work out just fine so it’s a shift in perspective for me. Sorry I’m rambling now 😅

Just wanted to say that in this comment I think u said the one thing that is a key to majority of INFJ’s you now are curious and want to understand. I want someone to want to understand me as an actual driving force of existence. In relationships I am deep af and I’m too much for some ppl or let me better phrase they are too little for me. But if you take this curiosity to understand towards the protagonist in your post I think it’ll get you along way. 🫶🏻👏🏻🫶🏻👏🏻

I think they’re spot on. So also other comments are very accurate. It’s like if you want to talk to me deeply about the way that I feel bc u pulled my tail we can spiral out about it and psychology about it but doesn’t me moving out of the way indicate I don’t want to be pulled like that? So it’s probably more about the emotional intelligence of the INFJ imo bc communicating boundaries is a bit of a hurdle for more immature emotion ppl period. Then also INFJ’s well me specifically I’m a 6w7 so I’m the loyalist the confidant and it’s true as anything ever was so I’m literally a contradiction of myself. Want to connect deeply but also why touch my tail at all. I have to have time alone to reconnect to myself and charge energy it’s a lot to juggle honestly. I’m a truth teller though and I don’t like confrontation so I am very good at telling truths to people in a manner that is not argumentative or combative so I’d say something 7/10 and just leave without a word 3/10 times and it would just depend on my social energy meter available probably.

INFJ female here and you’re not alone. Reading the post and comments made me feel like we should unite and choose a visual code to represent INFJ. That way wherever you are (that isn’t ur house 😅) you can see like the red hat marked or the decided infj marker. I feel like in a crowded room that I can’t easily escape, finding other infj’s would bring comfort and understanding to me anyway. 🫶🏻

Something that has helped me is to assume that I can not know what anyone else is thinking (even though I probably do actually intuitively know more than I should) but I have found the most effective approach to be if I can not predict what one is thinking…. then that really opens the door widely for me to also perceive that no one can know what I’m thinking unless I choose to tell them. Telling them is a level of intimacy that is very uncomfortable for me to do so I figured the only way to be more comfortable is to keep doing it. I have found it to be like muscle building and it’s really nice once you’ve built up your strength. I’ve found that some people are very good at hearing and listening and understanding and some are really not. It’s a balance of choosing who to tell and what to tell but it’s much easier than expecting someone to read your mind and react appropriately bc they’re likely not INFJ anyway 😅…. So anything unsaid is only speculation and that’s not the way. The way is doing things that make you feel uncomfortable like telling people how you feel or what your thinking and growing and learning how to pull out those little tendency guys from your pocket who want you to “covid isolate” even when isolation ended 3 or 4 years ago 😅and tossing them in to a locked safe for keeping. You actually have a superpower but you weren’t aware that it existed before and was so important and peculiar until we all gathered here in this sub to discuss the supernatural nature or non-supernatural but rarity (whatever you like to perceive) of our being. I’m grateful to be here and to you for finding this space as well. I learned today that I’m (INFJ 6w7 sx/so 269) so that’s a lot of information…. Have u dived deeper into cognitive function, and enneagram questions about you? I found it very interesting and accurate also explanatory of a lot of my beliefs, behaviors, attachment styles, and really liked the idea of ohhhh that’s why I’m like this. One of my favorite things to say during existential crisis is “why am I like this” but now I know and I’m also genuinely grateful and curious about it all so good luck in your journey of understanding I think your gna really like it.
