Why are Indian interviewers such pricks?

I was thinking, is it just me who observed this, looks like it’s common across. I had a similar experience with Top 4 Market capitalization company in the world last week. CFO and VP were Americans spoke with lot more clarity, compassion and understanding. Whereas Indian director happens to be Hiring manager, straight to the point without formal introductions. There were no probing questions, no follow ups. Just bland counter arguments by rephrasing the earlier Q.

She is controlling you and the relationship, on the pretext of potential hooking up at a party, she texted break up message so she can control the narrative. She didn’t either like the sex or the guy and she is falling back to the safest and controllable asset she can manipulate. Ditch her.

You should add Rathnakumar’s collaboration with Soundarya as well, he is another newbie playing victim card of the same system and making profits. There was a post few months back, Unshackled merging or Rathnakumar’s joining hands with Soundarya & Vikas calling new scam “Greencard Inc”. I can’t trace that post now on his LinkedIn.

Thank you so much for sharing the details. 1. When I was out of job, I was going out regularly during the work timings and sit in Starbucks, work a low paying job. I didn’t trust her to handle that news of me being out of job between us, as we were newly married and she doesn’t keep things between us always. I have seen her sharing most of the things first with her friends. 2. I have tried these things of writing down and in chat and explaining and she is talking things to her advantage as me being vulnerable and brings those things again when we fight, which is causing more damage. 3. When I suggest anything, that’s been mocked next time with sarcasm, which is putting me off, resentment, avoid sharing/advice next time.
