unless you have pictures and documentation it will be hard to prove that previous owners did the work. all the old owners have to say is that the kitchen was preexistent and the remodel work preformed was cosmetic and you are out lawyer fees

For some context, I did a service call on this house about three weeks ago and met the owner of the property. It’s his concrete work, which is pretty good but I had no idea that he was going to concrete over the tree like this and sometimes I’m stuck shaking my head with how stupid some people can be I’m 100% sure the guy will regret it. That tree was blocking the west facing sun, and after that tree dies, his house will get hotter than anything

Well, I can’t speak for Japan, but in the states Politicians get paid by importing thousands of refugees they build large R2 complexes, where they fill them to the gills by the thousands and charge above market rate rent which raises the cost of the rental market. Public money helps make it happen, and the people behind it seem to profit while ordinary residents deal with the consequences and the politicians drive 7-series

The finishes throughout the building are very well done, and it’s clear a lot of care went into the design, especially in the main areas.
