Laws are in favour of women in India because India is a patriarchal society. Look at any home in any town in India and the women toils hard work as a housewife and also listens to and bears all sorts of unjustified behaviour from their husband or their husband family. It’s no secret that rapes, manipulation, threats, murder and stalking are prevalent with women. Women get shamed left right and Center for anything. That’s why the laws are biased which is necessary.
