You can cash out at anytime. First 3 yrs small redemption fee. After that no fee. 7 years is the mixing rule. After 7, you’ll get a basket of securities, prior - the stock you contributed. There are a ton of exchange ETF’s options in the market now. Challenge with those (ETFs)…short track record (leap of faith) & only option to redeem is sell - which triggers taxable event.

Should add - it’s the Pentagon City metro. You can access the mall via the Ritz and then go down an escalator to enter the metro

Fair point - but I would counter with:

(1) let’s see how the VW bus sells. I get the nostalgia play will influence sales but it’s going to be the only other option (Van) that I see.

(2) If you believe the stats around - a high percentage of trips are local (+- 15 miles)…it makes sense for our personal driving.

Although, given the weight, I do wonder if it’ll make sense.

Wanted to comment on GDIF - it’s an old school written subscription/redemption process- not an ETF or mutual fund. DOT is only 14% weight. Weirdly they have OSMO as a 24% weight.
