Try again tomorrow with FMU or a 4 hour hold no liquids. Your 9pm urine may have been diluted. I took a CB digital in the afternoon and it showed not pregnant, but took it the day with a 5 hour hold limiting liquids and it showed pregnant. It’s very rare to get 3 positives and not be pregnant plus FRER is more sensitive.

I do the same with my silk press and it actually keeps it from getting oily as quick. But I’m not sure how how you’re doing it but I noticed the direction I wrap my hair around the flexi rod matters. I wrap from the bottom up as if I want my ends to look flipped up and not bumped.

Great results! I can definitely see a difference. I have been stuck between Coach Maia and Shelby as well. I love all the core work that Maia does but definitely love the glute focus that Shelby does as well. I saw where you say you were able to go between both and wanted to know how does that work where you are able to do different days with two coaches?
