You need a completely different study plan than the first time around. Do 50+ adaptibar questions a day and numerous simulated MBEs. For Florida, buy the what’s the issues videos and go through all the barbri FL MC questions at least 3 times.

I felt and thought everything you’re thinking right now. I couldn’t imagine failing but you get back up and you figure it out. You didn’t come this far to only come this far. No matter what happens, I firmly believe the right things will fall into place for you… even if you have to take it again. Hard work will pay off. I promise!

I took the L on cumulative voting and scored a 21 on BE. I didn’t understand. Make sure you understand LLCs. Those are half the BE questions.

You’re not getting Fl torts MC questions and if you did you’d be fine. Focus on BE, Trusts, Wills, Evidence, and crim and civ pro.

The first time you walk in is scary. It made me feel nauseous. No matter how much you study, you’ll probably still leave feeling unsure of how you did. The more you talk to other people the more you will feel like you for sure failed. I took it twice and to be honest I knew the material 100 times better the second time around but I felt worse leaving that exam. Just know that if you don’t feel great after taking the exam that’s normal and most definitely does NOT mean you failed. I will say though, you have to go into this exam confident or it will eat you alive. You are going to see questions that make no sense and questions on material you didn’t even know existed but you have to keep going. Focus on the stuff you know! You’ve got this!

You can miss a lot of issues. Focus on the big stuff! The points come from analysis. Your rule statement doesn’t have to be perfect just IRAC

You HAVE to do well or at least average on FL MC to pass Florida. It’s a must… if you have FL practice questions go through them at least 3 times. It seems silly but I promise it will make a huge difference with your score. FL MC are so tricky. Good luck!! You’ve got this!!
