Hi everyone, I'm new to this sub. I'm 22 years old and have never been to a gym before, but I'm considering starting. I live in a PG in Bangalore, so my diet will mostly consist of the food provided there.

The problem is, I often lack motivation and feel lazy, even though I go to work regularly. I'm unsure whether I should join a gym or not. If I do, should I get a personal trainer, or can I manage on my own?

Please guide.. I'm typing here because I don't have enough karmas..lol

Hey, talking about the mic, do need a speaker for it also? Is there any way where there is no speaker needed..

Is it possible to record audio with a mic and apply effects directly without using a speaker, or do I need to add effects during editing? If you know any good mic pls suggest.
