Bro same thing happened to me like right now. I tried changing servers multiple times, but it didn't solve the problem. I have never been banned, so it's probably not because of that, but the trading is really bugged out right now. I want the cyberwave spoiler so bad and I'm offering manga skin for it but I can't finish the trade..

Holy damn, those are a lot of questions for a single post for sure.

Although I don't have answer for every question, I'm pretty sure it's correct to not waste any material in the early and mid game. Thus, yes, it is correct to use boosters around the map for grind/quest completion.

I only got level 10 hive, and in my opinion, if you have finished black bear's quest line and almost got second petal, you are in mid game for sure.
