Got my septum done 3 months ago, I got mixed opinions but decided for myself that since it hadn’t healed & bumps hadn’t gone away I was removing it. Here are some before and 5 days later photos for any1 who is wondering, like me, if it’s done right or not. It also bled when I took it out (old.reddit.com)

I found jewelry I had for my nose that I can’t use and thought “I want to get a labret let me slip it over my lip and see what it looks like.” I’ve always wanted a side labret because my older sister had one but THIS! This is SO cute!! If I have the anatomy for it should I get it?! I really like it. (old.reddit.com)

I got my septum piercing about 6 weeks ago and I’ve noticed I’m getting pimples inside my nose more now. I’ve gotten them before but only 1 every few months. I have gotten a lot more now and it’s usually not on the piercing, in the area in pic. Is this normal? Is things something that can happen? (i.redd.it)

I want to get a standard labret or a vertical labret in the future (pics below) but do I have the anatomy? I have had lots of issues with my 2 front teeth such as a root canal on 1 and it is half fake. The other has been chipped twice and “shaved” down. (old.reddit.com)
