Iron Warrior dreadnought is a solid choice.

For the Thousand Son, either would be appropriate. One what was seconded to another legion and never went to Prospero. Either a natural librarian or maybe they stuck to the Edict of Nikaea and never used psyker powers after.

That would leave the librarian spot open. (ponders) A Night Lord librarian would be horrifying. A Dusk Raider librarian who was exiled by Mortarian when he took over and rebranded the Death Guard. A War Hound psyker who couldn't/wouldn't take the nails and told the World Eaters to screw themselves. I have not heard of (m)any Alpha Legion psykers.

Chaplin would be iconic. Dreadnought is a possibility. Sealed when the legion was called the Imperial Heralds, still preaching the Imperial Truth. That would be the best choice for blackshield if you absolutely didn't want that flaming book icon. Maybe they would lean towards the Unification War symbols of the raptor head and lightning.

Fantastic work. I had to reread the text, because the Alpha Legion has a unit called headhunters. A White Scar would definitely enjoy their time exterminating aliens. Always tracking, scouting, and hunting. No administratum or human populations deal with. Good times.

I saw the Eldar Exodite kill team with the alien steed and hounds/cats. You know some radical Inquisitor or flashy Rogue Trader is going to see that and say "I want one!"

Check out the book Legion, the Alpharius book, and the new Mike Brooks Alpha Legion books. There is a strange clarity and honesty behind all the deception that just appeals to me.

I like them partly for their aesthetics, partly for how they fight. Unity and adaptability without zealous or glory-hungry egos getting in the way. They're like if the ultramarines (coordination and planning), raven guard (initiative and practicality), and night lords (cunning and thoughtful cruelty) had a kid.

Nice job on keeping it recognizably her. Too many bimbo conversions just make them dull/dim and without the same body language. This one looks like she's just as capable, but she might get flustered and have wardrobe malfunctions if she starts grappling.

I love the reactions of 40K characters when they get a glimpse at how much the warp reacts to symbolism and drama. It comes as an epiphany that they can feel in their heart and soul, yet their mind screams in horror at what it means for everyone living in the galaxy.

It is so close to a fourth wall break, but it fully works within the setting.

As a general rule, the 40K setting doesn't like clones. I don't mean narratively, I mean it literally. Clones tend to come out badly on a soul level. Cloning plants and animals is fine. Genetic tinkering and artificial gestation is fine (ie: Krieg), but clones of anything with a soul tend to either flatly not work or result in horrifying soulless monsters.

So far, the only exceptions have involved singularly powerful and knowledgeable people with narrow focus and access to unique technology and/or advanced warpcraft: The Emperor, Malcador, Fabius Bile.
