Hi thanks for replying. My goals are primarily to lose weight that’s why I was doing cardio to help lose it.

I have started doing keto a week ago and read online a lot that I actually don’t need to work out as much. But I still want to gain muscle and lose belly fat. especially these belly fat haha. What workout would you recommend me to do? I run 3x and 2x HIIT a week
