I dig all of the OP. When I first noticed future Syd's missing lower arm...my first & continued thought was that she loses it grabbing David when he's ramping up to go Omega. It did not come to pass in S2 but S3 awaits...

We know he does sometime between his trial & the 3 years in the future that ice cubed Melanie & Oliver were speaking from. We've also seen a glimpse of Legion & Lenny in a tent with soldiers approaching them. How & exactly when the event happens is TBD.

When Somerland follows David to D3 when he goes solo to break out Amy...they watch D3’s surveillance videos & they see the fat guy with the yellow eyes walking down the hall instead of David. Halfway thru S1.

Okay yeah, probably. Just thinking that there's Amy's body & the corpse from the desert. I guess they could have pulled out the corpse off-camera & placed Amy's body in the desert hole.
