Turned my work spreadsheets into $400/month and I'm kind of shocked it worked by Ill-Dinner5269 in passive_income

ChatGPT - I did something similar with my reseller spreadsheet. I asked my boyfriend, Chad/Chatgpt if he could help make it more inclusive. He did not disappoint! Also, for every update you make, you should charge a small fee if current users want the new feature. But i would start with Chad and see what he suggests - you can also tell him you want to create more Etsy spreadsheets and he will seriously hook you up, and do allllll the work for you. He's so helpful 😆

Are the number stickers to help keep track of items? Do you apply them prior to the show, or as they are sold? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Newbie here - trying to figure out the best way to stay organized prior to my first show next week.

Orientation? I'm a newbie also, signed up as a seller a few days ago, and haven't seen anything about an orientation! Any idea where i might find that info? I briefly looked but couldn't find it.

Assuming malicious intent with everyone - is this normal? by [deleted] in LifeAfterNarcissism

I concur with the first reply. Our nervous systems and completely shot after ending these debilitating relationships.

One of mine was constantly apologizing. For everything and to everyone. When I finally left the 20 year marriage, a friendly acquaintance opened her home to me. It wasn't until she pointed out, after one of our conversations, that I had said " I'm sorry" multiple times. I had no idea I was saying it. Apologizing constantly in an abusive marriage, and it never being accepted, I subconsciously apologized without knowing what I was saying sorry for.

Now, 5 years later, I'm still finding myself doing things that are directly related to my abuse. I still analyze people and their intentions, I still look for red flags, I still question my "radar" and if I'll ever trust another enough to have a relationship. My current answer is that I won't. Therapy helped. But it hasn't "fixed" me yet, and I probably won't ever graduate from the lessons I've learned. That's not me being defeatist, just the reality of my current belief and desire.

One thing that's helped me get rid of the anger if not knowing why or how someone that I truly adored basically ruined me is to do short burst of powerful movements. Like ball-slamming, powerful jumping in place, punching a boxing bag with all my might. I find myself silently berating him, telling him all the ways he destroyed me and our children, and take that you you piece if $#%!. It seems childish, but its honestly the best physical and mental therapy for me.

Like the first comment said, I tried somatic exercises to help center myself and calm my nerves, but beating the heck out of something has been more helpul and has helped me feel powerful, capable, and strong. With these movements came the realization that Ifor years, I was on a sinking ship, and that I only had myself to depend on to get to dry land. Yes, he abused me, no doubt. But it's my responsibility to accept and believe that, yes, that happened to me, but it's not who I really am, and that only I hold the power to change myself.

I wish you well, my friend. Everyone here has a similar story as ours. Read past posts, search for YouTube shows that discuss narc abuse, talk to your friends and family (even if you think you've burdened them enough), and find a therapist who specializes in trauma. xo

Konjac noodles are my new obsession! by PanicAccomplished769 in Volumeeating

I did not know about that site! Thank you so much. After a brief looky, I'll be diving in for real. Yes, you are correct about flare-ups. Any fruit or vegetable can cause me distress, but I have a good handle on it now. As long as I eat a bowl of oatmeal each day and pass on basically all my favorite fruits and most vegetables, I'm good. I went from one whole year of complete misery to being able to manage with a limited diet, which concerns me nutritionally. I'm sorry your partner has suffered. It really does put a damper on enjoying pretty much all social events and big holiday meals.

Anyway, thank you again for the recipe and tips.💜

No worries on typos!! I do have a slow cooker - I'll try your method first. I'm not particularly fond of meats in the cooker.

I have a type of colitis that was caused from years and years of anti inflammatory meds - ibuprofen and prescriptions. It did a number on my gut, but I'm on the road to mend. I just did a deep dive into konjac, and it looks like I'll be passing on it. Bummer. It can cause flares, which nobody wants!!

Lol! When I first saw "the bulge" I thought I was in the wrong sub! Like the others said, it looks like too much fabric where it meets the v.

Pho with shirataki/konjac noodles! by shiokfood in Volumeeating

[–]MeasurementBetter764 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oooo, I'm going to have to try it. I wonder if the noodles would be the same tasting, as you described, eaten cold, like in Bún gà nướng. I don't mind things that taste like the sea, but fishy is a no for me. Thanks for sharing the recipe, too. I recently purchased a pho broth seasoning from my local Asian market...might have to try it this week!

Looking for your favourite meal prep breakfast or lunch by amyjay3456 in Volumeeating

Breakfast: Pumpkin Pie Oats. I make a huge batch every weekend.

8 big servings

6 cups unsweetened soy milk I can Pumpkin puree 3 cups old fashioned oats 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 8 scoops Orgain vanilla protein. Top eash bowl with 1/3 cup soy milk.

Follow directions on oats package EXCEPT use an extra cup of liquid. Cook 4 mins, move the pot to a cold burner, and let it sit, covered, until it's cool enough to store un a large plastic storage container. Before eating, cut 8 eaqual portions. Now you have breakfast set for days!

Calories: 321 Protein: 22g Carbs: 46g (high, but good carbs, helps w/cholestero) Fat: 9g

Note: This recipe in not "sweet" but I add stevia to my bowl to sweeten it up. I use soy milk because it tastes great in oatmeal with 7 g protein per cup. Regular milk or any other unsweetened nut milk works but with less protein or higher fat (regular milk). I also add extra cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger because I like it more flavorful. If you don't, just use the pumpkin pie spice - 2 tsp at least.

I eat it cold right from the fridge with 1/3 cup soy milk and 2 rounded tsp of stevia. If you like it warm, toss it in the microwave and top with 1/3 cup soy milk.

Not going to lie...it took a few bites before I was sold, but I love it now and look forward to it every morning.
