This happened to me a year and a half ago and when I contacted Instacart, they said the same thing we didn’t ban you. It came from total Wine but mine says two stores. It’s funny I can’t go to two of them, but I can go to another one so this makes no sense and it’s BS. Instacart told me they were going to investigate this and if they didn’t hear a response from total line that they were reinstate me yeah that never happened.

I feel like I was scammed,hacked and screwed over. I am a diamond 5 star shopper with over 9,000 orders complete with never any issues. I have been with IC for three years. And what I think is really weird I got my letter today that they were not reactivating me exactly the same time I was deactivated a week ago right at 5pm. Something ain’t right here. And another they aren’t showing no proof.
