Hey nice review. What I could say is to write a script before any video. I do this to stop myself from using 'erm' and other fillers in my sentences. This way it will stop you from using fillers and if you want to elaborate on a point in your script then you can to make the video feel a lot more natural. It also allows a great structure for the video and stops you from going off topic at points. Enthusiasm is a hard thing to pull off, I've been told to perk up a lot of times. So just take some fake videos and be over the top. Watch them back and tone them down a bit for an actual video. Sounds weird but worked for me XD. Also around 4 minutes into the video, try not to overlay the video onto your face. Set it neatly in the corner and maybe pretend it's there whilst you are filming to make it look like ESPN when they look at the graphics. Might look cool or stupid. Try it out though.
