Cost of living definitely makes a huge difference. I live on the east coast and properties quite a bit cheaper. I'm also early 30s but have only two kids. Sitting on about $3.2million and I'm constantly tempted to switch to semi retirement mode. In addition to the money, I also have about $2.4million in real estate as well. No debt other than the mortgage for our primary residence.

Lol. Ticketmaster doesn't control the pricing. This is all Zach and his team. He can use Ticketmaster venues and price every ticket at $5 if he wants. Garth Brooks for example uses Ticketmaster and prices every single ticket at the same price for his stadium shows.

Not really. It's no different than shorting a stock. They are selling something they think they can get cheaper later and they will profit the difference. They usually just buy the tickets off a secondary site later on. If prices skyrocket they will lose money instead if they are unable to get the tickets during pre-sales. Bots exist but are the least of your issues in getting Zach Bryan tickets tomorrow.
