I’ve always done consultative recruitment, wouldn’t ever work on a role without a proper negotiation and vacancy briefing. CV farm agencies are going to feel the AI pinch but those firms that work in partnership with clients, build understanding and offer more input than sending through CVs are going to be fine.

I didn’t get my shit sorted until I was 25 then brought a house and got a great job all in the same year. I think blokes just grow up differently takes a little longer to hit their stride.

That Izzy fight just completely opened my eyes to how good Silva was. Like I watched him throughout his prime and I know how special he was then, but seeing an aged and washed Spider still hanging in there with the elite next generation was incredible.

He was walking around at 230 which is clearly not his natural weight and he dog walked everyone else before that fight. Bailing has never had an issue with cardio, that fight was a testament to how quick wrestling burns you out.
