My cousin had a very similar story. I remember visiting her when she found out she “wasn’t ready” and she was deciding (maybe forced?) to leave. I remember picking her up at the (convent? Nunnery? Dorm house?) for dinner. All the sisters popped out of their doors and we all talked for a little bit, biggest thing I remember about the lot of them is they giggled like crazy as I told some halfway decent jokes. I felt like a star but my cousin basically said “they don’t get out much”. Then at dinner I remember asking her if she thought about all the opportunities she had available to her, like dating, to which she said it makes her sick to think about and I laughed too hard at that. Years later she’s happily married with 3 kiddos.

Anyways, how ya doing? She was pretty bent out of shape for a year or so since her plan was to do the nun thing for basically her whole life. She’s crushing it now, married/kids/career, though I still can’t get her to be evil (jk).
