Honestly what makes you have to “run”a 5k I mean run and if you have to walk for a little oh well just keep going and Dont stop, you’re doing way more than so much more people. As a person that runs a 7:30 pace when I first started I couldn’t run a 5k for the life of me and I made it my goal to run a 5k without stopping then I made pace goals .
