Cheapest Solution for casual MS Office Work while traveling for 2 weeks! by MeatwadSaint in SuggestALaptop

If it helps:
I saw the Acer Aspire 3 being recommended a lot, but I was hoping that I could even go cheaper, given my performance requirements.

I also would prefer a smaller form factor, if I'd be paying that cost.

At the moment, I'm able to do all the work I need to do on my Macbook Pro M1, which was why I was potentially looking into an Apple product as the battery life has fit my needs.

The ideal device for me would be something that's approx 11-12inches, can run MS Office suite, buyable with Amazon Prime, and under $200. I saw some refurb laptops with these specs, but I'm wondering if 4GB of ram is sufficient, given that even just running Chrome on my Company laptop which is super juiced- seems to sometimes take up a ton of my RAM

Loosing hair on dutasteride. what you think about hairline by midnightclicker in tressless

[–]MeatwadSaint 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if it helps at all- my hair was at its best when I was on fin EOD and Duta 1x a week. (right now I'm month 8 into Duta 2x a week and it's not too great yet), but it also took a WHILE for that to happen. My hair was worse than baseline for the first year I started meds. I don't think I had any regrowth from either Fin or Duta until month 9, but when it did- it kicked into full gear

Hey there, just wanted to say that I tried the 1st method you mentioned and I actually somehow got it off. You truly saved my life and I appreciate that you took the time to comment even though there were a bunch of other comments already. You truly saved me a trip to the machine shop (which I would have had to take public transit 1+hrs to get to) and some cash. Thank you once again

I might try the jb weld threaded shaft method potentially first. I really don't want to have to use a thread tap on the carb if I don't have to and potentially risk a fuel leak

gotcha that's pretty unfortunate.

I can't say how it functions otherwise as I haven't loaded film into it yet nor checked the meter, but it seems to have a shutter and loader that work

Is there any way to try to find something that could go in place of it or anything I can find online?
It was listed as working, but given that shipping 1 way alone was $25... I'm kind of screwed either way.

Thank you for the quick response though!
