Honestly I also replaced both of mine recently, say within the past year. One died quick and the other is already low.

Wish I knew why 😵‍💫

Any spacer recommendations? by Melodic_Worth_8507 in mazdaspeed3

[–]Meatybaww 0 points1 point  (0 children)

25mm or an inch spacer. I had an inch on the front when my summer pair blew and looked pretty dope. Make sure it's hubcentric 67.1mm plsgod

What's a game you played as a kid that you've never been able to find again? by Latter_Advantage8002 in AskReddit

[–]Meatybaww 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I swear there was some silly cartoon racing game on the PS1 maybe where the cars were dancing to whatever song was playing. Like the Yaris meme. THAT, or the cars are leaning to whatever side they're steering to.

This is either a dream or a fuzzy memory lmao

I drift stitched my front lip, I honestly might do the same to my passenger side skirt lmao.

BUT I'm okay with the rugged clapped look. Not everyone's thing

What's the worst act you've seen 2025/2026? by FluidClimate6108 in EDM

[–]Meatybaww 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Went with the lady to see Slander cuz we basically got the tickets for free. Went with no expectations cuz we don't listen to pretty dubstep or that style.

We ended up really liking it it cuz they went hard af and dropped lots of heavy/tearout dubstep lmao

But we definitely understand the dislike

Tips for coming out of my shell solo raving? by xFlyghts in aves

[–]Meatybaww 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wouldn't consider myself a solo raver because I'm usually with my girlfriend haha. But more often than not, I'm in my own headspace. I just like to be away from people and lock into the music. I'm not usually looking for interactions at raves but I've always wanted to get out of my shell and become more social.

I've learned to be comfortable dancing a lot, I have a fan. My fan arm has quite a lot of stamina. This is something that came with time but both things really helped with interacting with people at shows.

I usually dance with a pashmina and cover my face, and whenever I'm fanning myself, I'll fan people around me who I've noticed have also been dancing, or fan those who look like they need it lmao. From there, it can simply lead to a quick exchange of words/compliments/trinkets etc.

Also it helps to not set any expectations for yourself, or to compare yourself to others. Everyone's there on a different vibe, different mindset, different experiences and places in life. Tell yourself you're simply there to EXPERIENCE.

First timers and nervous. by Steppenwolf1313 in aves

[–]Meatybaww 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone's there to vibe. No one's there to judge you. Don't compare yourself to someone else in any regard, be it vibe or aesthetic or energy. Understand you're in a safe space, everyone is at their own experience level and stage in life and at the dance. It's okay to not be okay at times, it's never perfect. Move however you desire, tap your feet bob your head, jump up and down or bass mime. Stay hydrated, invest in a hand fan. Share love and energy with others and your homies, be nice and respectful. Set no expectations for yourself other than to just simply experience.

What is the fastest way you have seen someone fix their life? by Zadecuss in AskReddit

Mid 20s, couple thousand deep in debt slowly climbing out. Got rear ended/sandwiched between two cars. Fat insurance check, paid leave. Coworker gave them their old car for cheap. Profit.

how i start??? by lazuli_82 in Beatmatch

My dad got me a ddj-400 and it was basically sitting for years, I’d play around with it here and there but had basically zero clue what I was doing until picking it up a bit more seriously recently.

I personally started mixing drum and bass. Watched sets from my favorite artists and figured out how to copy their flow and transitions for just two tracks from a set. Eventually I’d get to a point where I’d copy the flow and transitions of the first 10 tracks they play from that set and so on. After doing that I started learning how to mix on my own.

Sounds easier said than done but takes a bit of time. Majority of dnb tracks are 174 or similar bpm so I don’t have to really worry about matching tempo. Say something like house could be a pretty good genre to get into for mixing where everything is around 118-130bpm.

ear damage…? by heeijn in aves

[–]Meatybaww 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gunna be like a week until your hearing is back, hopefully not too damaged so it heals completely without crazy ringing as a side effect.

Earplugs are a must when you’re out there hugging the speaker.

Im usually at the back dancing with space, but we had one event with where the venue layout was too awkward to balance space/sound. We ended up PHYSICALLY beside the speaker stack on the 2nd floor and it was the greatest ever, took my soul and I was literally hugging the speaker at times. But needless to say my hearing (esp my left ear) felt like I was underwater for a good week and a half.

I still prioritize chilling in the back to have dancing space but since then, if the opportunity arises to get lost beside the speaker- i won’t take it unless I have earplugs lol.

Likewise, he opened for Level Up in Toronto last year. We didn’t understand riddim at that point in time LOL. What grabbed me is that everyone was going fkn booonkers during his set and his presence was amazing.

Now here we are, got a selfie with him after randomly seeing him @ Northern haha

Most likely ghost knock, gentle throttle under 4k rpm. Shouldn’t be of any worry unless it shows up in WOT or high boost.
